Mail about business compliance posters for my new LLC

I just started a new LLC and got some mail from these people. It was about ordering business compliance posters from them. The return address is PO Box 520008, Bend, OR 97703 and their email is [email protected].

It felt strange because I didn't ask for anything like that. I didn't lose any money but it's clearly a phishing thing. They're trying to make it look official or something.
