Got a weird letter about a data breach from last year

I got a letter in the mail. It's dated December 31, 2025, but it's March 2026 now. The letter is from Conduent. It says there was a data breach and tells me to enroll at privacy solutions.com.

It just feels off getting this so late. The whole thing seems strange. I never signed up for anything from them.

Got a letter about a data breach from my health plan

I got a letter in the mail from Conduent. It said that on January 13, 2025, they were the victims of a cyber incident. It impacted part of their network. They said files associated with my current or former health plan were obtained. The letter didn't really say what to do next. It just told me about it. I don't know what information of mine was taken. It feels unsettling to get a letter like that in the mail.

Got a letter about a Blue Cross Blue Shield hack, then asked for personal info

My husband and I both got these letters from Conduent. They said our information was hacked through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. So I went to the website the letter mentioned. I put in the activation and verification info it asked for.

Then it started asking me for all kinds of personal information. That felt off to me. I checked ScamPulse.com and saw it listed as a scam, so I deleted everything and got out of there. We are not taking a chance with this company.
