Ordered two hats online and never got them

I bought two hats from their website, conspiracydeerist.com. The orders just sat there saying "preparing order" and never changed. After two weeks of nothing I started emailing them at [email protected] and a couple other addresses I found but nobody ever wrote back.

Then I asked for a refund and still nothing. I lost $60. The address they had was in Winchester, CA but I don't even know if that's real. Just wasted my money.
