Website selling energy savers that do nothing at all

I bought this thing from coolconnectgear.com because they said it would save energy on my electric bill. It was supposed to lower my usage or something. I spent $100 on it.

My engineers took it to their lab and tested it. It did absolutely nothing. It’s just a piece of junk. I tried calling them at (833) 447-9611 but no reply. Emailed [email protected] too. Nothing.

Their address is 900 Commonwealth Place Suite 2177 in Virginia Beach, VA. I don’t know what else to do. They just took my money.
