Got a loan offer call that hung up when I asked for an address

I got a call from 518-575-8599. My caller ID showed it. It was a recording about a loan offer first. Then I got transferred to a person. It was a man, he sounded pleasant and professional, no accent. He said his name was Frank and he was from Corner Mark Credit Partners.

I asked for a website. He gave it to me right away, www.cornermarkcreditpartners.com, sounded confident. Then I asked for a mailing address. His tone changed, he sounded disappointed. He asked to confirm if I really wanted the mailing address. I said yes. He just hung up. That was it.
