Got an email about a free Yeti cart and now my money's gone

I received an email from "Costco" that offered a "free" Yeti beach cart in exchange for completing a survey. At the end of the survey I was told that a shipping charge was needed and to input my credit card information. So I did. Then $66.92 came out of my account. I never got any cart. No tracking number, nothing. I tried emailing [email protected] but no reply. The phone number they gave was (800) 604-5857 but it doesn't go through right. The website looked real at first but now I'm not sure. I'm in the United States. I just feel stupid for falling for it.
