Ordered trees online and got no shipment or reply

I found this site, crapemyrtle.com, when I was looking online for Crepe Myrtle trees. I bought two trees from them. The site said they would ship after the threat of frost was over, so I was expecting that.

After I got my order confirmation, I replied to that email. I asked them to ship my order like they said they would. That was over a week ago and I never heard back.

So then I used the "contact us" link on their website. It's been almost another week now and still nothing. No reply, no update on my trees, nothing. They already took $101.65 from me. This feels like a scam.
