Ordered vapes online and lost $450 to a shipping stamp scam

I ordered vapes from cravevapedisposable.com like I've done many times before. The site looked fine, so I paid the $450 they asked for using Zelle.

Then they came back saying the shipping company needs another $150 for special discreet shipping stamps. They claim 90% of it is refundable after delivery. That just doesn't make any sense to me. I'm not paying more. I've already lost the full $450.

The Zelle went to [email protected]. The company email is [email protected] and they say they're in Los Angeles.
