Loan application led to money taken from my account

I applied for some loans online and now I think my bank account got stolen or sold to someone. A third party took money out of my account. They took $39.95 from me.

The website was called Credit Report and the number they used was (888) 605-6664. I never agreed to this. It was supposed to be an advance fee loan thing but now money is just gone. No one told me anything.
