Got a weird call from a credit or loan service, left a number to call back.

I got this call and they left me a number to call them back, (833) 588-3781. They didn't even say what number they were calling from. First they said they were a credit reporting service, then they said they were a loan company. I'm not interested in either one of those things. The whole thing felt off. I didn't call the number back.
