Aggressive calls from someone claiming to be from credit services

I got a call from someone at (910) 448-7869 saying they were from Credit Services. They told me they found five credit applications under my social security number. They said they were authorized to close my Credit One accounts because the interest being charged was against the law.

I told them they were a scam. The person said her name was Carol Rustyl. She kept calling me back from that same number. When I challenged her, she transferred me to her senior manager, someone named Jose. He was very aggressive, so I hung up. He called right back. I told him I was going to report him.

He told me that ScamPulse.com would back him up because he is authorized to do this. It didn't make any sense.
