I got this letter from crestwoodlegalca.com. It's about some unclaimed permanent life insurance policy for their client. They said there's a saving deposit of US$13,030,000. They mentioned someone with my last name, an investor in Canada who died in May 2020, and that the claim is due this year.

The letter had a reference number and was dated March 29, 2026. It had a post office stamp from Charlotte, NC, USA. But their listed address is 40 King street, Toronto, ON M5H 3Y2, CAN. Something about it felt off.

I found their other contact details. They have an email [email protected] and also [email protected]. Their phone number is (416) 900-5131. The whole thing just doesn't make sense to me.

Got a letter in the mail about an inheritance I never heard of

I got this letter in the mail from crestwoodlegalca.com. It says I'm a possible recipient for some inheritance. I've never heard of this before. The letter had a phone number, (416) 900-5131, and an address in Toronto at 40 King St. There was an email too, [email protected].
