Ordered leakproof goggles for my grandson, tracking number doesn't work
The tracking they gave me, 9214490358938056050090, isn't real. I went to my local post office, which is a government-run business, and they looked it up. They said no such tracking number exists.
I tried calling the company at (800) 234-5678. No one ever answers. All I get are these ongoing emails. They just keep telling me to check the tracking number or contact the post office, and to ask my family or wait 2-3 days. They say the carrier reported it delivered. But the tracking number is fake, so how could it be delivered? It doesn't make any sense. I never got the goggles.
