Getting harassing calls about a loan I never asked for

I keep getting calls from 888-269-4978 about a loan I never applied for. They call me multiple times a day, sometimes from different numbers, but that's the main one. They are very aggressive and rude, demanding to speak to me about some loan application.

I have told them over and over to stop calling me and that I have no idea what they're talking about. They just ignore me and keep calling. It's harassment. This all started after I had an issue with an online purchase from Crosslumina.com, where I lost money.
