Ordered a lamp from an ad and got four tiny plastic ones instead

I ordered the lamp shown in the attachment and I got a small plastic lamp instead, times four lamps. Absolute bait and switch. Nowhere in the ad did it say it wasn’t coming directly from Loome.

I did a Google search and looks like these people have pulled this scam a number of times. Why is no legal action being taken to shut them down? At least take them off the internet.
