Website for work never paid me for a project I finished

I did this project through app.crowdgen.com and they said I would get $400 base pay plus some incentives for finishing early. I finished everything and now I can't even get the payment tab to load right. I know I had it all set up before I started.

They keep telling me they have to wait for a quality review but it's been weeks. Every time I reach out they just blow me off. I haven't seen a single dollar and they owe me $450 total.
