Ordered paper towels from Walmart, company took my money and never sent anything

I bought Bounty paper towels from the Walmart platform. The company was called CTRKMAN. I paid $45.48 but I never got the items. When I contacted Walmart for my money back, they told me I would have to wait.

I even called UPS to try and find my order. They told me the name and address on the shipping were different from what Walmart had on file. The company CTRKMAN isn't even active anymore.

This is a scam. They take your money fast, then they just change their name and do it all over again.
