Ordered dolls for my granddaughter and they never showed up

I ordered $300 worth of dolls from Cuddle and Kind for my granddaughter. She never got them.

When I called and emailed them, they just said too bad and wouldn't help me at all. I tried contacting them at [email protected] and calling (855) 781-8778 but it was a waste of time.

They just refused to do anything about it. So I'm out the money and my granddaughter has nothing.
