Ordered something and got charged again without warning for a subscription

I bought something from Cureashhop.com and when it showed up the quality was just terrible. Nothing like the pictures. Then two weeks later I see a charge for $39.99 on my card. I had no idea I signed up for any subscription. Nowhere during checkout did it say anything about that. I went back and looked and I guess they buried a subscription thing in the terms and conditions but it was not made clear at all. Felt like a total scam. Lost $45.99 total.
