Paid for an order a month ago and never got it

I paid for my order from Curvevera and then about two weeks later I got a tracking number in an email. The tracking information is invalid, it doesn't work.

I've emailed their support address from that email at least four times about my order and the tracking. Not one response. It's been a month now. They took my money and I never got the product.

They won't even respond to my request to cancel. Nothing.
