Text message about loan offers with no company name

I got a text message the other day. It said the number it was coming from was 0000000000, which already seemed weird. The message said "Hello, this is Dakota Klein calling back. I have some great news for you."

It went on saying based on some information I shared, I might qualify for two loan options. One was $15,000 with payments around $212 a month, and another was $50,000 with payments around $706 a month. Interest rates as low as 4.99%. It said my file was marked for priority handling and I needed to call back soon at 1-877-869-1413.

I never shared any information with anyone about loans, so this whole thing didn't make sense. Just a random text out of nowhere trying to get me to call.
