Unsolicited package with cheap hair ties and no order

I got a USPS Priority Mail package I didn't ask for. It was from “Dave Garza/Garzaz” at 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY. Inside were two really cheap hair ties. I never ordered anything from this person and I didn't pay anything.

I looked up the name and address online and saw a bunch of other people saying the same thing. It's linked to those brushing scams where they send empty or junk stuff. The package even showed up in my Shop app with real tracking. Just wanted to put this out there so others know.
