Strange packages showing up with no company name inside

I keep getting mail from this person named Dave at 70 E Hawthorne Ave in Valley Stream NY. The packages don't have anything in them. Well one of them had a bag of seeds but that's it. I don't know why they're sending me stuff.

It's really freaking me out to be honest. I didn't order anything from them. I lost about 10 bucks on some online purchase before this started so maybe it's related but I'm not sure. No company name on the mail or anything. Just Dave's address.
