Email about Venmo payment that ended up costing me money

I got an email from someone saying they were going to send me a payment through a Venmo business account. They said I needed to create a link through PayPal to get verified to receive the money. They told me the link wasn't real and wouldn't come out of my account. I didn't even have that much in there anyway.

There was a buyer involved too who played along saying she paid extra to upgrade me to a business Venmo account. So I did the link thing and now I'm overdrawn $499 from my bank account. The email came from [email protected] and the phone number was (626) 318-6457 with an address in Breinigsville, PA 18031.
