Call from someone named David Winston about fraud on a card I never opened

I got a call from a guy who said his name was David Winston. He said he was calling from Citi Bank headquarters in New York. He told me there were fraudulent transactions on a credit card that was opened in my name.

He knew my name and my phone number. He said he was filing a fraud report for me but then started asking for more personal info. It felt weird. I didn't give him anything. The number he called from was (646) 296-9669. No idea if he's really with Citi or not but it felt like a fishing thing.
