Ordered jeans from Davieenl three weeks ago, never got them

My son wanted some jeans from Davieenl that he saw on TikTok. I don't have TikTok, so I went to their website, davieenl.com, and placed the order for him. That was three weeks ago. The total came to $18.89.

I got one email confirmation from [email protected], but that's it. The shipping said 3 to 7 days. I've emailed them twice asking for an update and they just don't reply.

Their website is weird too. The "about us" has an address in the UK, but the "contact us" shows one in Hong Kong. All the items are listed super cheap, but then the shipping cost is huge. Still no jeans.
