Package with earrings I didn't order from someone I don't know

I got a package from someone named Davve Garzaz. It had some earrings in it, heart ones, and it was labeled with my name and address on it. I haven't bought anything unusual recently, like on a website or anything.

So I honestly don't know how they got my name and address. I definitely didn't order these earrings. The return address says 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. It just feels strange getting stuff I didn't ask for.
