Ordered something in March and never got it, phone is dead

I placed an order from this company on March 10 this year. I have tried to contact them thru no avail. Phone number is disconnected, no email included.

I received a notice that the item had shipped from Italy after several notices I have not got anymore. I have tried numerous to contract this company with no results. For sure this company is running a scam. DO NOT order from them.
