This debt collector keeps putting a fake debt back on my credit report

I got a call from a debt collector, the number is (775) 333-5757. They said I owe money but this debt is not mine. It's fraudulent. I already disputed it with the credit bureaus and got it removed from my credit report. Twice.

But this company just adds it right back. I called them to ask why they keep putting it back on there after it was removed. The person I spoke to told me I need to pay them. They said they don't care what the credit bureau says. They have an address listed as 777 forest st in Reno, NV. I shouldn't have to keep fighting this.
