Got a call from Stephanie about a file number and legal action

I got a call from this number (240) 557-3885. Some lady named Stephanie said she was from the processor's office. She said it was their final attempt to contact me about file number 2026 – 22475. She said the matter was forwarded to her office for legal action, like lawsuits and complaints filed against me. She said I had to call 855-493-1867 right away. She kept saying it was time sensitive and if I didn't respond they'd proceed without me. She also said my calls were being locked as proof. I never signed up for anything or owe anyone money. It just felt off. I didn't press one or call back.
