Ordered a blouse from a Facebook ad and never got it

I saw an ad for Deep Wily on Facebook on 4/11/26 and bought a blouse. It said shipping would be 2 weeks so I figured that was fine.

They charged me $46.78 and I still haven't gotten anything. When I try to get tracking info they just send the same AI message over and over. No real person ever answers.

Can't get a refund either. They keep saying it's still in transit. I looked up more reviews after this and it seems like this company is more of a scam than a real online store. Horrible customer service and reputation.
