Facebook ad for Easter animals took my money and no reply

I saw a Facebook post about Easter products, they were advertising four small animals for small gifts. It looked cute so I ordered from their website Definitivewith.com. I paid $28.

Never got anything. No tracking, no email back. I tried emailing [email protected] and nothing. Just silence. The website is still up though.

I don’t know what else to do. Just wanted to put this out there so people know.
