Ordered from delpaine.com and nothing ever showed up

I ordered off their website delpaine.com and nothing ever came. I tried to get my money back but they just refused. I lost $196.00.

They have an email [email protected] and a phone number (251) 216-6873. Do not buy from them. Just a total waste of money and time.
