Paid $2300 for wedding flowers and the person never showed up

I was contacted about providing flower service for my wedding. The person told me I had to pay $2300 upfront, six months before the date. So I paid it.

He never showed up for my wedding. He started avoiding all my phone calls. On top of not providing the service, he also called me a racial slur during one of our conversations.

The contact was through a phone number, a Facebook page, and an email address. I have the details but I got no flowers and no refund.
