Got a call about a lab debt I don't owe, paid it anyway

I got a call on April 3rd from (904) 926-1271. They said I had a debt to Diagnostics Labs from March 10th of last year for some lab tests. The amount was over nine hundred dollars.

They told me if I didn't authorize a payment that day, they'd turn it over to a debt collector and add a 35% fee. I know for a fact I didn't have any blood drawn in March of 2025. But I went ahead and authorized the debit for $925.12.

I found the payment in my pending transactions this morning. I have a printed copy of it. This whole thing doesn't make sense to me.
