Signed up for DigestiPlan and they won't refund without proof of 14 days use

I enrolled in DigestiPlan because they had a 30 day money back guarantee in the ad. The ad was misleading. When I saw the actual plan it wasn't as simple as they made it sound so I decided it would not work for me.

I asked for a refund right away. But they told me they do not give refunds unless I show proof I used it for 14 days first. That was never said before I paid. Nothing about that was clear upfront. I lost $22.78 to this. Their phone number is (598) 443-4424 and email is [email protected].
