Got a mailer about a "cash benefit" that seems really misleading

I got this piece of mail in March 2026 from something called the Direct Processing Center. The envelope said "2026 CASH BENEFIT INFORMATION FOR UTAH CITIZENS ONLY" in big letters. It looked really official at first glance.

When I opened it, it was just a product solicitation. It felt really deceptive, like they were trying to trick people into thinking it was from the government or that they were getting some kind of real benefit. It's just an advertisement made to look like something important. I have the whole thing scanned because it was so offensive. The return address is a PO Box in Boise, Idaho.
