Got a fake debt letter and a suspicious call about a Cash App account

I got this letter saying I owe 25,000 dollars to Discover, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and American Express. Then I got a phone call from someone saying they were from one of these banks. They said money was going into a Cash App account with my name on it.

When I started asking questions about it, they just hung up on me. This has to be some kind of fraud. It feels like identity theft. The whole thing is just wrong.
