Debt collector says I parked illegally on my own birthday

I got a call from (877) 302-7275 and a letter from P.O. Box 440350, Aurora, CO 80044. They are claiming that I parked in an illegal tow zone on the date of my birthday. Go figure.

I am always conscious of where I park and I know everywhere I went that day and Garland road was not one of those places. There is no proof they sent me or anything. The website they gave is HTTPS://disputes.preparing.com but I didn't go there because I know I didn't do it. They just keep calling.

Mail about a parking violation I never actually got

Got a letter in the mail saying I was noncompliant, that my vehicle was parked on private property. They included two pictures from a video showing the time I entered and the time I left, which was only 2 hours later. But I was clearly not parked anywhere, I was just driving by.

The letter had a website on it, HTTPS://disputes.preparing.com, and a phone number (877) 302-7275. Address was a P.O. Box in Aurora, CO. It felt strange getting something like this for just driving through somewhere. No company name on the letter itself, just that website.
