Ordered a dress online and got a cheap polyester mess

I saw an ad for Doclothes.com on PayPal and ordered a dress. What showed up wasn't the natural fabric it showed in the picture. It's just a cheap piece of polyester, I would never wear this thing.

I tried to return it. They only offered me five dollars back. I spent over fifty dollars on it. This is evidently. The return address they gave is for a known scammer, Gehers Hotys.
