Got a scary call from Document Services about a notice for my dad.
The message was for my dad. A woman named Sophia Marshall said it was a formal notice about a non-compliance notice being filed. She said if he didn't get it by mail to call the litigations office right away at 888-228-6488 to get a certified copy. She said the complaint could move forward legally in one to two days without his consent.
It felt really off. I don't know what this is about and the call seemed designed to scare someone into calling back. My dad didn't ask for any services from them.
