Got a weird call about a noncompliance notice I never received

I got this call from someone saying she's Sophia Marshall with document services. She said the call was intended for me and gave a reference number, 106-1398. It was a formal notice about some noncompliance notice being filed against me. She said if I didn't get it in the mail, I had to call the litigation's office right away to get a copy sent certified. Then she said the complaint could move forward legally without my consent in one to two business days. The whole thing felt off. She left a number to call with questions, 877-838-8391, and said "please consider yourself notified." I never got any notice in the mail and I don't know what this is about.
