Phone call about an envelope I never got

Some guy called me saying his name was Donovan Monroe. He said he had to speak to me about something important. He asked if I got a red or green envelope in the mail, and when I said no, he said that's why he needed to talk to me.

He didn't really explain what the envelope was or what company he was with. Just kept saying it was important and he had to talk to me about it. The number showed up as (360) 924-6664 and I looked it up, it's from Washington state.

I didn't give him any info or send any money. But it felt weird. Like a phishing thing or something. Just wanted to put it out there so others know.
