Fake dog adoption video on TikTok asked me for deposit

I saw this video on TikTok from Doodle Rescue & Rehoming about a dog that was up for adoption. So I messaged the seller and they said I needed to pay a $250 refundable deposit. They sent me a fake invoice. Their website hasn’t changed in 2 weeks, nothing about any dogs being rehomed. After I asked to video call with the dog they blocked me. I kept all the messages. Something felt off so I looked into it and found the same dogs from their videos on other TikTok accounts, just people’s pets. The whole thing is fake. In the comments they tell people to message them, then send payment info through Zelle or Chime. The names and email addresses don’t even match up.
