Offered half off DoorDash then said payment didn’t go through

I got a call about a 50% discount on my bill for a 2-year purchase of DoorDash. It was supposed to be $600.00. So I paid it. Then today they called me again saying the payment didn’t go through and I need to do the payment again. The number they called from was (866) 528-9565. I don’t think that payment ever went anywhere. I’m out $600.00 now.
