Bought a neck support pillow that was completely flat

I got a pillow from Downyhaven.com that was supposed to be for neck support. It was so flat it was like not even having a pillow. They advertise a 30 day return policy, but then they say if you open the package and take the pillow out, you can't return it anymore.

I tried to reach out to them about it. I called the number, I texted, I sent emails. They never respond. They never answer any concerns at all.

This is a scam. I just don't want them to rob anyone else. They should have to back their product. I lost over $250.
