Ordered clothes from TikTok shop that never showed up

I ordered some ladies wear from the TikTok Shop company Dowoko and I never got it. I actually forgot about it until I went into my archives and noticed I never received the products I ordered.

I paid $30.94 for it. Their website is www.dowoko.com. I just want my money back or the stuff I ordered.
