Gift cards used without permission from adidas order

I bought some adidas gift cards in Southern California, and someone used them without me saying okay. Adidas told me the orders got sent to DPHN QUANGDUONG and DPHHHN Nhattdanggp at 223 2nd St. #10 in Manchester, NH.

I think that place is a second address for a company called DP Cargo. The main one is in Windham, and it looks like a guy named Van Duong Phan owns it. I’m not totally sure it’s fraud though, because only two of the three cards got used. Each one was for $105, but the third still had $103 left on it. I used that one right away when I figured out something was wrong.

I tried calling DP Cargo a few times to see if maybe adidas just sent the numbers twice by mistake. But I can’t get anyone to pick up. Also I keep hearing that the Derry/Windham/Manchester area in New Hampshire is known for gift card fraud.
