Ordered three dresses but only got two that looked nothing like the picture

I ordered three dresses from this company. They told me after I paid that they only had two in stock. So I had to go back and forth with them to pick a replacement for the third one. That took forever.

Then when the two dresses finally showed up, they looked nothing like the pattern online. I used to work with merchandise so I tracked it back to an importer. They were clearly drop shipped from another country. The quality was terrible. No chiffon at all, exposed hems, just really bad.

Their customer service is horrendous. I’m out a dress for a wedding this week and almost $200. They shouldn’t be allowed to keep doing this.
