Getting daily robocalls from DRSRecovers about a file

I keep getting calls every single day from different phone numbers. It's always the same automated message from DRSRecovers.com. The voice sounds like AI.

The message says something like, "Hello, this is [the name changes each time]. I’m reaching out concerning an important matter connected to a file in our office. It’s time sensitive, please return my call today."

I don't know what file they're talking about. I never signed up for anything with them. The calls just keep coming from new numbers, so I can't even block them all. It's really annoying.
